Weird and Wonderful

Let’s imagine that you are given a cactus for your birthday. To keep it alive, you must give it 3 ml of water every day. Here is my screencastify.

  1. Mōrena Andrew,

Well done on completing another SLJ activity, I am so very impressed with your screen castify explaining how you worked out the maths problem. This was such a cool way of completing the activity and it was great listening to you speak about which numbers you multiplied to get the answer, ka pai.

1095 mls is just over a litre, so if you think about a 1L milk carton, that doesn't seem like a lot of water at all for an entire year. Cactus' must be very low maintenance plants. Which activity do you think you'd like to complete next?

I look forward to more blog posts from you soon :-)
    Cheers, Georgia.

Well done for completing this activity, 'Weird and Wonderful' and for creating a screencastify to showcase how you figured this maths problem out— Georgia shared this post with all of the cluster managers and we were very impressed!
We hope to see more exemplary work from you, Andrew :)

    Thanks,
